Delete your FavPass account

If you created a FavPass account, you can request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold for FavPass. Temporary deactivation or “freezing” an account does not count as deletion.

In the FavPass app (recommended)

1. Open FavPass and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy & data.
3. Under Delete account, tap Request.
4. Confirm by entering the 6-digit code shown on screen.
5. We send your request to FavPass support and process it within 7 days.

Without the app installed

Email us from your registered address. Include your account email and state that you want your FavPass account and associated personal data deleted.

You can also ask us to delete specific personal data collected by FavPass (for example profile details or preferences) without reinstalling the app. Use the same contact address and describe what you want removed. If you want everything removed, use the account deletion steps above.

What we delete

When we approve your request, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your FavPass member profile and account credentials
• Saved preferences and in-app personalization
• Push notification tokens linked to your account
• Other personal data held primarily for FavPass account operation

What we may keep

We may retain certain records when required by law or legitimate business needs, including:

• Booking, attendance, invoice, or payment records tied to merchant transactions
• Data needed for fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal compliance
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you

We will explain any retention in our reply to your request.

Subscriptions and third parties

If you have an active subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it in your store account settings before or after requesting deletion. Deleting your FavPass account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
