One company WhatsApp number,
every driver replies.
A customer messages your business number, and whichever driver is free replies — by voice, hands mostly free. Drivers come and go; the customer and the conversation stay with the company.
One phone takes the booking. The whole fleet waits.
Your fleet runs on one WhatsApp number. Whoever is holding that phone is the only one who sees the job. If they're driving, the booking goes to Uber instead.
One phone, one bottleneck
"Airport run at 7 tomorrow?" — only whoever holds the number sees it. If they're with a fare, nobody replies.
Drivers can't type and drive
Hands on the wheel, eyes on the road. Typing is slow and unsafe — but voice WhatsApp is already how they talk.
A driver leaves, the customer leaves too
When a driver goes, the customers and conversations on their phone go with them. The company keeps nothing.
One company number, one shared inbox
The same official WhatsApp API number reaches — and replies from — every driver's own phone. The number and the customer always stay with the company.
Voice comes first
A big record button, one-tap playback, 1.5×/2× speed, and a Cantonese transcript — a red-light glance is enough to know what the customer needs.
"I've got it" — no roster needed
An unclaimed booking shows amber. A driver taps I've got it and the whole team sees who owns it. That's the whole system.

Questions you might have
Does every driver need WhatsApp Business?
No. You only need one company WhatsApp Business number. Drivers sign in to Team Inbox with their own regular phone number — their personal WhatsApp is never touched.
Which number does the customer see?
Always the company number. Customers never see a driver's personal phone. When a driver leaves, remove their seat with one tap — the customers and conversations stay with the company.
Is there an iPhone version?
Android is on Google Play now. iOS is in review — when it lands you sign in with the same account, no re-registration, and a fleet can mix Android and iPhone.
What's the WhatsApp 24-hour rule?
If more than 24 hours pass since the customer's last message, Meta requires an approved template message to reopen the conversation. The app gives you a button for that — you don't have to manage it yourself.
Can I log each trip and fare?
Yes. Tap Log trip on any conversation and enter pickup, drop-off, and fare. The customer's page shows total spend and their most common pickup and drop-off points.
