About FavCRM
FavCRM started in September 2024. We are a Hong Kong team with years of production software behind us, and we build every part of the platform ourselves — bookings, customer records, memberships, loyalty, WhatsApp Business API and AI.
Not a reseller’s skin on someone else’s software.
01 / Why we exist
It assumes email follow-up, card checkout and a sales team. Hong Kong service businesses run on WhatsApp, deposits, walk-ins and regulars. We built for that from the first commit.
Not email. So the CRM belongs inside the conversation, not in a system someone has to remember to open.
Slots, packages and payment are one flow, not three tools that have to be reconciled later.
Memberships, packages and loyalty are core product, not an add-on module sold separately.
Traditional Chinese and English across the product and the people answering you.
02 / How we work
Founded September 2024. Since then the same engineers have designed, written, shipped and supported every module on this site.
Booking, customer records, memberships, loyalty, WhatsApp Business API and the AI assistant are all our own code.
Design through deployment
The team was shipping production systems long before FavCRM. That shows up in the unglamorous parts: data integrity, audit trails, uptime and migrations.
The boring parts, done
Onboarding, WhatsApp template approval and data migration are handled by the same people who wrote the software.
Same team, end to end
03 / What we shipped
Not concept art — the flows merchants use daily: taking a booking with a deposit, WhatsApp with AI drafting, and the day’s operations at a glance.
04 / What exists today
Every item below is live, and you can check each one from this site.
