QR self check-in
A confirmed booking, and the guest scans themselves in. The desk only handles the misses.
FavCRM QR self check-in lets a guest with a confirmed booking scan themselves in. The QR appears 15 minutes before start and is taken down 30 minutes after the session ends. Inside that window it can be scanned as often as needed. A WhatsApp link shows the same code, with no app to download. If the scanner misses, the desk can open the door from the system.

Tomorrow’s class does not show today. Too early this morning does not show either. Thirty minutes after the end, the code is gone, so a leftover screenshot will not open the door.

No app to download
The guest opens the entry QR on their phone, or taps a WhatsApp link. Both paths show the same code. Nobody has to install anything extra.

A missed scan does not lock them out
Inside the window the code can be scanned as often as needed. Glare, a failed read, or stepping back out will not lock them out.

How a guest gets in
From a confirmed booking to a scan at the door. If it isn’t confirmed or it isn’t time yet, the phone stays blank.

Paid and marked confirmed. Pending, cancelled, completed and no-show do not get a code.

The system will not show the QR earlier. Tomorrow’s class does not show today.

Open the entry QR
The booking on the phone, or the WhatsApp link. The screen says “Show this code at the entrance”.

Scan at the door
Hold the phone to the scanner on the door front. They can scan again in the window. The QR stays up for 30 minutes after the end, then it is taken down.

Frequently asked questions
Will the booking poster on the wall open the door?
No. That QR is for placing a booking. The door needs the code on the guest’s phone after the booking is confirmed.
Do guests have to download an app?
No. They can show the QR from the booking on their phone, or tap a WhatsApp or SMS link with no login. The link lasts about a day; the QR still only appears in the class window.
What if they arrive early or late?
The QR appears 15 minutes before start and stays up for 30 minutes after the end. Too early, the screen stays blank — they wait. After that, the desk opens the door.
What if the scanner misses?
